It was always the plan ......well almost.

The plan was to retire and go back to Australia, buy a yacht to live on and do a bit of sailing up the East Coast. It had been a long time since Sue and I had sailed together so we decided to do a "shake down" flotilla holiday in the Greek Ionian.

The fortnight spent in the Ionian was just great, we had good sailing companions and surprise surprise we still had our desire to go sailing together. We enjoyed the Ionian so much that we got to thinking ,  a taverna in almost every bay, a gentlemans wind, flat seas, no sharks, no crocodiles, no box jellyfish 

.......... no brainer !!
